These Terms govern the use of Earnexam, including the app, website, dashboard, quizzes, contests, subscriptions, rewards, scholarships, referrals, academic passport, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Earnexam, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Rewards & Scholarship Policy, and any feature-specific rules shown in the app or website.
2. Eligibility
Users must provide accurate information. Students below the age required by applicable law must use Earnexam with parent, guardian, school, or institutional consent.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, misuse referrals, manipulate rankings, or bypass security systems.
4. Learning Content and Quizzes
Earnexam provides educational content, quizzes, practice tools, challenges, results, ranks, and learning analytics. We try to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question, explanation, result, or recommendation will be error-free.
5. Merit Challenges and Contests
Merit challenges are skill-based educational competitions. They are not gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, or games of chance. Participation may be subject to eligibility rules, fair-play checks, time limits, verification, and platform policies.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid digital features, premium access, subscriptions, virtual items, or in-app purchases on Android will use Google Play Billing wherever required. Subscription cancellation, renewal, and payment handling may be governed by Google Play or the relevant payment provider.
7. XamCoins and Platform Rewards
XamCoins and similar rewards are platform engagement points. They are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, investments, or stored-value instruments. They cannot be sold, transferred outside Earnexam, or redeemed except as expressly allowed by Earnexam policy.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, automation, bot usage, answer sharing, or result manipulation.
- Creating multiple fake accounts or abusing referral systems.
- Uploading illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or offensive content.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload Earnexam systems.
- Using Earnexam for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, rewards, scholarships, payouts, or access if we detect policy violations, fraud, cheating, payment abuse, legal risk, or security concerns.
10. Intellectual Property
Earnexam’s content, design, software, logos, quizzes, explanations, and platform materials are owned by Earnexam or its licensors. Users may not copy, sell, scrape, republish, or misuse them without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Earnexam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnexam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Earnexam after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
