Rewards & Scholarship Policy

1. Purpose
Earnexam may offer XamCoins, badges, ranks, referral benefits, learning rewards, merit challenge rewards, scholarships, fee support, discretionary awards, or other educational benefits to encourage learning and academic participation.
2. No Gambling or Betting
Earnexam rewards and merit challenges are educational and skill-based. They are not gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, or chance-based prize schemes.
3. XamCoins and Virtual Rewards
XamCoins are platform points used only within Earnexam where permitted. They are not cash, legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, investment products, or stored-value instruments. XamCoins do not carry guaranteed monetary value and may expire, be reversed, or be adjusted under platform rules.
4. Scholarship Eligibility
Scholarships or educational benefits may depend on criteria such as academic performance, quiz participation, rank, school or institution verification, identity verification, fair-play checks, available budget, guardian consent where required, and compliance with Earnexam policies.
5. Verification
Earnexam may request documents or information before approving scholarships, rewards, or benefits. False information, duplicate accounts, cheating, suspicious activity, or policy violations may lead to rejection, reversal, suspension, or permanent disqualification.
6. Reward Approval and Disbursement
Rewards and scholarships are not guaranteed until approved by Earnexam. Disbursement timelines may vary based on verification, payment provider processing, bank holidays, compliance checks, or technical issues.
7. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may be granted only for genuine users who meet the stated eligibility conditions. Self-referrals, fake accounts, bot signups, duplicate accounts, or referral manipulation are prohibited.
8. Taxes and Compliance
Users are responsible for any taxes, declarations, or compliance requirements applicable to rewards, scholarships, or benefits received through Earnexam.
9. Changes or Withdrawal
Earnexam may modify, pause, withdraw, or cancel any reward, scholarship, referral, or XamCoin program to prevent abuse, comply with law, manage budgets, or improve platform fairness.
