1. Purpose
Earnexam is committed to addressing user concerns related to accounts, privacy, payments, subscriptions, refunds, rewards, scholarships, content, safety, or platform conduct in a fair and timely manner.
2. What Users Can Report
- Account access, login, or deletion issues.
- Payment, subscription, billing, or refund concerns.
- Reward, scholarship, referral, or XamCoin disputes.
- Incorrect content, quiz, rank, result, or academic record concerns.
- Privacy, data, safety, abuse, cheating, or impersonation complaints.
- Objectionable, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
3. How to Submit a Grievance

4. Required Information
Please include your registered email or phone number, account name, order ID if applicable, screenshots or supporting details, and a clear description of the issue.
5. Review Timeline
We will acknowledge grievances within a reasonable time and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible. Complex cases involving payments, scholarships, fraud checks, legal requests, or third-party providers may take longer.
6. Misuse of Grievance Process
False, abusive, threatening, repetitive, or bad-faith complaints may be rejected, and accounts involved in misuse may be restricted under Earnexam policies.
7. Escalation
If a user is not satisfied with the initial response, they may request escalation by replying to the grievance response with additional details.
