4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when required to operate Earnexam, such as cloud hosting, analytics, payments, notification delivery, fraud prevention, storage, and customer support. We may also share information if required by law, court order, government authority, or to protect users, Earnexam, or the public.
5. Payments and Google Play Billing
For digital subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual items, or premium app features purchased inside the Android app, Earnexam uses Google Play Billing wherever required by Google Play policy. Payment processing may be handled by Google Play or other authorized payment providers depending on the platform and product type.

XamCoins, rewards, badges, ranks, referrals, and scholarship benefits are platform features for learning engagement. They are strictly not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, investment products, stored-value instruments, or guaranteed cash equivalents. Redemption, scholarship, or reward eligibility may require verification and internal account and compliance checks.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including secure transmission, access controls, authentication, and storage protections. No digital system is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

We retain user data only as long as needed for account operation, learning records, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, audit, scholarship, reward, and security purposes. Some records may be retained after account deletion where legally or operationally required.
9. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion from within the app or by contacting us at support@earnexam.in. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account data, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, scholarship, or dispute-resolution reasons.
